Old boy Craig Gornall donated two pairs of running shoes

Daniel Quitata, our top cross country athlete was running in shoes that were past their best. It was brought to the attention of the headmaster, who reached out to Jeppe old boy Craig Gornall (1995, Duiker), the owner of specialist running kit shop, Running High, in Bedfordview. He kindly supplied Daniel, who is a Theo Jackson Scholarship Fund boy, with two pairs of top-of-the range shoes, one pair for training and one for racing in.

Daniel responded straight away by finishing 6th at the provincial inter-district championships in his spanking new Asics.
