The “stayers” cricket team on tour to the Lowveld beat Hoërskool Nelspruit by 37 runs on Saturday.
Christopher Elston got his second half century in a row, making 58 off 82 balls, as Jeppe got to 234. He was helped by Mohammed Zaid, who got 53. Together with Matthew Costa, Elston put on over 100 runs for the 10th wicket. Nelspruit, in reply, could only make 197.

Tinotenda Mutweka was the pick of the bowlers with 5/29 in 8.5 overs.

The tour ends with a T20 game on Sunday.
