Tree planting

At the end of March, five teams of boys from the Wildlife Society planted indigenous trees at various spots around the school grounds. They also planted trees and installed owl houses and barbet nesting logs at various spots around the campus, hoping to attract those birds to the property.

Earlier in the day, experts from The Owl Project – Owlproject.org – were at the school to talk to the boys. They assisted with the placement of the owlhouses.
