Rugby teams hold their own at Wildeklawer

Our rugby teams came back from the Wildeklawer Festival in Kimberley with a 50-50 record. Jeppe won four and lost four of the eight games played.

The first team turned it on to beat Maritzburg College 37-24 in their first outing, and then went down 42-27 to Oakdale. Jeppe produced their customary grit and refusal to lie down against Oakdale. They scored the last two tries of the game after being 42-13 down.

Congratulations to the U14As who won both their games
