The annual Cultural Expo took place on Friday afternoon. The event gives the various Cultural Activities, and the Clubs and Societies in the school an opportunity to show a bit of what they are about and to try to persuade the Grade 8s and other new boys to sign up for them.
As usual, the Memorial Hall was a riot of colours and there was plenty of passion and excitement on display.
The Marimba and Pipe bands gave their customary performances.
Jeppe’ Director of Culture, Mr Oliphant, was delighted with what he saw. “The variety of activities on display was very impressive and the enthusiasm of the boys was great to see,” he said. “I want to thank them, and the teachers who were involved in putting it all on. I’m excited and can’t wait for the various programmes to get up and running.”
