The U16 Coxed Quad rowing crew have had a great season. They have been winning their races regularly and recently won gold at both regattas in East London last weekend – the Buffalo and the Selborne Sprints. The crew is: Owethu Sithole (cox), Ryan Matthew Laas, Brain Mashaba, Scott Van de Ven and Clinton Onyenekwu.
